Representative Experience
  • Successful representation of plaintiff in a fraud and breach of contract action against a battery recycling company for failing to recycle 10,000 tons of batteries that plaintiff paid defendant to recycle.
  • Successfully represented seller for recovery of the balance of the contract price due from buyer under a contract for the manufacturing and sale of a dehydration facility.
  • Successful representation of bank in unfair business practices action challenging certain of the bank's lending and collections procedures.
  • Successful representation of employer in action to recover assets acquired by former employee with more than $1.5 million of embezzled funds.
  • Successful representation of 20% shareholder of bank in asserting his dissenter rights under federal statutes regarding conversion from a national to state chartered bank and in action to collect $4 million due from bank.
  • Counsel to defendant in defense of deficiency action on a secured loan. In a case of first impression, we successfully defended this action based upon improprieties in the bank's notice of sale procedure which was held to bar the deficiency claim.
